We ship worldwide using either DHL or EMS fast post both with tracking numbers which will be forward to you so you can track your order.
We are careful that we package all goods with extreme care using copious amounts of bubble wrap to ensure their safe arrival. If your item arrives broken then we will refund your purchase price or exchange your item (less the shipping) You MUST contact us within 5 days of receiving the broken item to claim your refund.
If the item you receive is different to the item you purchased we will offer you full refund or exchange including the shipping. Please be aware that all our products and made by hand so slight variations in color and size will occur. This is not ground’s for a refund. You MUST contact us within 5 days of receiving your delivery to claim your refund.
We do NOT offer an exchange option if you just change your mind, sorry.
